State-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility

Multivans takes pride in our modern manufacturing facilities. Operating in four locations, our plants have been specially designed in-house for our unique production processes. Our 45,000 square foot plant in Bolton Ontario, is built on an eight acre site and is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and manufacturing techniques for every aspect of truck production.

Long known for setting new standards for the industry, Multivans uses Auto CAD and CNC equipment for design and manufacturing. Equipped with a 60ft. downdraft DeVILBISS paint booth and local ventilation in most welding areas, the improved factory environment has lead to peak performance and comfort for our workforce.

Innovation is nothing new to Multivans. In the late 1980's. we were the first in Canada with aerodynamic roof radius for better gas mileage. In 1990, we popularized FRP in Canada and, in 1992 the low fade Tedlar finish.
